What is a hazardous mixture?

A hazardous mixture is a combination of two or more substances that, when mixed, exhibit properties that can be harmful to the health of humans, animals, or the environment. These properties can range from corrosive, toxic, irritating, flammable, oxidizing, harmful to reproduction, to environmentally hazardous.

UFI has been mandatory since 2020, but often entrepreneurs are not aware of this. From January 2025, the transition period will end, and fines and inspections will follow. Be aware of this!
