How to Make a Room Spray
Alcohol-Based Room Spray
Ideal for stronger scent throw and a clear finish.
Polysorbate 20 helps solubilize the fragrance and ensures long-term stability.
Ingredients (100 ml total):
50 ml Demineralised Water (50%)
20 ml Perfumer’s Alcohol (20%)
20 ml Fragrance Oil (20%)
10 ml Polysorbate 20 (10%)
Instructions:

Blend the Fragrance Oil with Polysorbate 20 until the mixture is uniform and fully emulsified.

Add the Perfumer’s Alcohol and mix thoroughly.

Slowly add the Demineralised Water while stirring gently to combine.

Let the mixture rest for 24 to 48 hours to check for clarity and stability.

Once stable, pour into a clean spray bottle and label accordingly.
